Returns Policy

At AlihPets, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your products in accordance with this Return Policy and applicable European consumer protection legislation.


1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email before shipping the product.


2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

  • be in its original condition,
  • not have been used,
  • not have been damaged,
  • be accompanied by its original packaging,
  • include all parts and accessories,
  • be accompanied by the receipt or order number.

AlihPets reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Products

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and pet protection, returns are not accepted in the following cases, unless the product is defective or incorrect:

  • opened pet food,
  • opened treats or nutritional supplements,
  • used hygiene or grooming products,
  • personal use products for pets after opening the packaging,
  • products manufactured or customized according to customer requirements,
  • gift cards.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that:

  • is defective,
  • has been damaged during transport,
  • does not match your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Once the problem is confirmed, AlihPets will offer, depending on the case:

  • product replacement,
  • shipment of the correct product,
  • a full refund.

In these cases, return costs are borne by AlihPets.


5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at care@alihpets.com.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Describe the reason for the return.
  4. Attach photos, if required.
  5. Await return instructions before shipping the product.

Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.


6. Return Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return costs are borne by the customer.

If the return is due to an error by AlihPets or a defective product, all associated return costs are covered by us.


7. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the return.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.


8. Product Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish for a different product, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.


9. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, this Return Policy applies.
