1. Shipping Regions

We ship to the following countries:

We may expand our shipping regions in the future.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the country of delivery.

Greece
  • Orders up to €48.99: €4.90
  • Orders from €49.00 and above: Free Shipping
Italy
  • Orders up to €68.99: €6.90
  • Orders from €69.00 and above: Free Shipping
Cyprus
  • Orders up to €78.99: €8.90
  • Orders from €79.00 and above: Free Shipping

The final shipping costs are always displayed before completing the purchase.


3. Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Greece 2–5 business days
Italy 3–7 business days
Cyprus 4–8 business days

The above times are indicative and may vary depending on the region or time of year.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your shipment.


6. Delays

Although we make every effort for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • increased shipping volume,
  • adverse weather conditions,
  • strikes,
  • technical problems of shipping companies,
  • force majeure.

AlihPets is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping details are correct before completing your order.

AlihPets is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incomplete or incorrect address details.


8. Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us because:

  • delivery was not possible,
  • the recipient did not collect it,
  • incorrect information was provided,

new shipping costs may be required before a new shipment is made.


9. Order Receipt

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the packaging immediately.

If you notice visible damage upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, attach relevant photos.
